Children have a short attention span, we all know that! That's why I do the running around and standing in the awkward spots to catch the best moments, so that your family can enjoy, just being you! I actively encourage jumping in puddles, rolling down hills and being as silly as possible!

Cheese is for sandwiches, not for smiles
Posing in a studio is not for everyone, that's why I use the great outdoors as my backdrop. I won't be asking anyone to look and say cheese but instead, I will give you hints and tips as to how you can aid me in taking the best photographs, naturally. I then use fun prompts to guide you into organic moments, where I can capture the real connection between your family members, and keep everybody engaged.
This also creates some hilarious out-takes, so remember to bring your sense of humor!
FAQ
What if my kids don't 'behave'
A. There is no need for your children to be anything except themselves. Of course getting some good sleep and bribing them with goodies will always help to get the best out of the session, but if they really aren't feeling some of the prompts, they can just do what they enjoy, and I will capture that instead! It's my job to think outside of the box and create the best images of even the most tricky models - and trust me, not every child acts as innocent and sweet as they look in their gallery!
I'm on a tight budget but I love your work!
A. I strive to create beautiful artwork of your loved ones that will be pride of place for many years to come. Practicing photography is very expensive and I have spent endless hours refining my editing skills and finding high quality products to reflect this.
However, I can offer monthly payments, bespoke packages or keep you updated with any upcoming mini sessions which will be short sessions with a limited gallery. Please join my mailing list below for updates on these sessions.

How many photos will be in my gallery?
A. For a standard family session, I always aim to deliver 25+ images for you to choose from.
Sometimes there may be more if it has been a well varied session or if there are multiple pets & family members. I prefer to present quality over quantity so I wont show you 50 of the same pose but will use my best judgement based on what we have discussed before the session.

My sessions include a phone consultation, 2 hours out on location and a gallery & design session in the comfort of your own home.
I have researched and hand selected each item to give you beautiful options to showcase your images, including choices of modern or traditional frames, unique wall art & up to 60 inch single portraits to add an impactful WOW to any room. All products are of industry leading standard and flaunt as much character as your images!
